Our proven experience, competence and passion in the industry has yielded many trusted clients and investors who we’ve served for many years and continue to assist with our depth of knowledge; throughout every stage of the development process.
Beginnings
Training
- Always interested in building things, Nick trained as a furniture maker and carpenter, working on building sites
- Moved into working as a lettings negotiator in 1999, at which time he started investing in run-down properties to renovate.
Expanding
Promotions
- After several years in the lettings role, Nick was soon promoted to branch manager of a London residential sales agency
- Expanded to South Africa where he established himself as an independent sales agent in Cape Town, putting together development deals and selling loft apartments in the city centre.
Corporate Experience
Established
- Returning to the UK, he spent a few years working for Savills before becoming an independent sales and lettings agent.
- Has established a short-term rental company, managing dozens of holiday rentals around London
- Throughout his career, Nick has completed numerous renovation and new build projects, including a meticulous restoration of an 8000 sq ft Grade 2 Listed house and gaining planning permission on sites that other developers had given up on.
