Requirements
The Brief
- This was a whimsical addition to the larger 8000 sq ft historic building restoration. The client wanted to do something fun, akin to a Victorian Folly in the small woodland on the site.
- Entirely bespoke and built over three levels, it even had a kitchen, a wood burner stove and sleeping loft.
- We used many of the Georgian materials that were stripped out of the main house to build the tree house - doors, windows, timbers and ironmongery.
The End Result
Feedback
I tasked Nick with building a tree house in the grounds of my Grade II Listed house in Sussex that he was restoring. To this day, it is the best tree house I have ever seen.
